Ingredients :

187g all-purpose flour
53g oatmeal
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp cinnamon
97g brown sweetener
1 tbsp baking powder
118ml of milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp vanilla
57g unsalted butter, melted
190g blueberries

Directions :

1. Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, cinnamon, brown sweetener, and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla, and butter in a separate bowl.
3. Stir in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
4. Add the blueberries to the batter and mix.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 177°C.
6. Transfer the batter to 12 silicone muffin cups.
7. Cook the muffins for 15 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy.
