What you need:
4 sourdough English muffins
2 cups BBQ force pork (can be leftover)
4 slices cheese
Melt the butter during a medium-sized forged iron pan over fire then crisp up the muffins quickly till gold and crisp. Set aside. heat up the BBQ force pork on an equivalent pan till heated through. take away from pan and put aside. Lastly, fry the eggs but you prefer it (runny is best!).
To assemble the sandwich, place 1/2 cup force pork, one slice of cheese and one egg. Wrap in foil and place over the fire for thirty seconds or till cheese has dissolved.
