What you need:
4 pcs. SunRice Thick plain rice cakes, crumbled
1/4 metric weight unit (or a bit more) chocolate
1/2 cup cooked sliced almonds
1/2 cup diced dried apricots
In a pan, soften the chocolate with a bit little bit of water over low heat. Once melted , add the broken rice cakes, almonds and apricots. Stir to mix ingredients well.
Remove from heat and scoop one tablespoon of the mixture at a time into a lubricated baking sheet. permit many minutes to cool down and harden before serving.
