Coconut custard

Ingredients for 2 servings

• four Egg Yorks
• two oz Sugar
• ½ Pint Cream (Luke heat )
• ¼ oz Coconut Milk


Whisk Sugar, Eggs royal line and Coconut milk in a very bowl for one minute
Pour within the heat Cream and whisk for one more twenty seconds
Strain the Mixture
Scoop off all the pale foam sitting on prime of the Mixture
Stir for five seconds
Pour the Mixture into ramekins and place over water bathtub trays
Bake the custard in a very low heat for half-hour or till it as set softly
Remove from heat and permit to cool down
Refrigerate till able to serve
Sprinkle Sugar and unfold equally on prime
Using a Torch soften the sugar and type a tender prime
Allow the custard to sit down for two Minutes before serving
