What you need:
1 1/2 kg. facet of salmon, sliced into half-dozen parts, skin on
1/3 cup oil, and additional for the grill
3 tablespoons soy
2 tablespoons metropolis mustard
1 massive clove garlic, minced
Brush a grill pan with oil and organize salmon items on that. combine along 1/3 cup oil, soy sauce, metropolis mustard and garlic during a bowl to form the marinade. Reserve a pair of tablespoons of the mixture and spoon the remainder over the salmon. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
When ready, cook the salmon on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat for four minutes per facet. Once deep-fried, take away skin, pour reserved marinade and serve.
