Mushroom Rice with a Kick

What you need:

4 cups burnt polished rice
1/4 weight unit button mushrooms
1 jalapeno, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
1/4 cup Marsala wine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon condiment
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Melt the butter during a pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms for ten minutes or till slightly tanned. Stir within the jalapeno and shallot then season with salt and pepper. Pour Marsala wine over mixture and scale back heat. Finally, stir within the condiment before adding the burnt polished rice. Stir till all ingredients square measure combined well. Serve instantly.
